This was such a unique job, both in scope, and in overall experience The homeowner was deeply involved in the ongoing,ever changing job scope. The job expanded from its initial kitchen and bath (s) remodel, to include sunroof rehab, both interior and exterior, structural repairs related to a second story patio door and deck, 3 fireplaces with mantels, many linear feet of panelled waincote, a bar nook with custom tile back splash, almost 1000 square feet of engineered wood floors, custom entry, library rehabilitation, as well as the cabinetry, countertops, tile, appliances and fixtures needed for a chef’s kitchen, a master suite, powder room, and 2 additional bathrooms.

We were able to work closely with the client to resolve challenges as they presented themselves, and to creatively improve spaces that required the ability to think and work outside the box. The results were later featured in the 2014 Camden Garden Club Tour.
